Meeting House Fundraiser

posted Sep 20, 2018, 3:10 PM by Washington Lake Association   [ updated Feb 8, 2019, 7:56 PM ]

The Town of Washington is raising private funds to make the 2nd floor of the Meeting House available for public functions. To do this they need to make it accessible for people with disabilities, upgrade the electrical systems, install rest room facilities and a new fire escape.

The campaign has raised close to $190,000 but help is still needed to reach the goal.

Please read the appeal letter below: The Meetinghouse Finale Letter.pdf for more details on this project. This letter also has a donation form that you can mail in.

If you prefer to donate online please use this link to the Washington Town Hall Project site.

Thank you for your support.
